OUR GOALS

HIC is a multi-ethnic, cross-generational church where all members earnestly seek the will of the Heavenly Father in unity, genuinely love each other, and with one heart build a church that is pleasing to the Lord (1 Peter 1:22).

Through the establishment of the fivefold ministry, members of HIC will be equipped for works of service based on their gifts and passions (Ephesians 4:11-13), and to perform various functions that will build the body of Christ.  Some may teach, some may share messages, some may evangelize or perform community services, some may lead small groups, some may do healing and deliverance, some may intercede, some may prophesize, some may be sent to mission fields with apostolic anointing, or some may network with other churches.

HIC has a heart for God’s kingdom, to be a forerunner church for Jesus’ second coming, and  to become a blessing for the entire body of Christ (Isa 49:6; Mt 6:10).

*Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from the heart. (1 Peter 1:22)

** And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, 12for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; 13until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ. (Ephesians 4:11-13)

*** he says: “It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.” (Isaiah 49:6)
